24 May 10 Tools to Love Yo’ Self More & Expand Your Life
If you want to feel confident and live an empowered life, you have to start putting your self love and self care practices at the top of your list. Here are ten simple and free ways to love yo’ self silly today.
CREATE A SACRED SPACE FOR MINDFULNESS PRACTICE
A space in your home where you want to go, where you can roll your mat out and have special items nearby, such as an altar, crystals, photos, vision boards, affirmations, whatever inspires and empowers you. Create a daily habit of being in this space for at least 5-10 minutes.
Take care of your body every day by moving it. Some days we don’t have the time for a full on workout or yoga practice, but ten minutes will do you wonders. Connecting to your body and breath are the quickest pathways to the present moment & Source Energy (where the vibration of what you want lives).
Pay attention to how the foods you are eating are making you feel. Love yourself by experimenting with new foods, make eating a mindfulness practice from preparation to clean up. Eating is one of our basic needs that is the foundation of our entire health. Develop a healthy relationship with food and with your body.
SCHEDULE IT IN

LEARN ABOUT YOUR CHAKRAS
The health of your energy system is just as important as your physical, mental, and emotional health. Our chakras are constantly receiving, assimilating, and transmitting life force energy so that we can make sense of the world around us. Check out my post titled “Getting to Know Your Chakras.“

10 Minute Brain Dump (I learned this from my badass coach Robin) – Set the timer, write whatever comes into your mind. An especially great practice after meditation. Always a good idea to journal after meditation.
We have to wire new thoughts into our subconscious mind if we want to make any real lasting changes. This is how you raise your vibe to match the vibe of the things you want. Pick one you love, that really empowers you, that resonates deep in your soul. Write it on sticky notes and stick them everywhere you go often. Say it to yourself everywhere you go, out loud or consciously mentally repeating it over and over. Write it down ten times every morning and ten times every night before you go to bed.
